I have been sprayed indirectly by bear spray before. Full on spray is not a fate I wish on any man or woman. That said, I like the clerk's thinking; though, I'm not sure he'd enjoy the aftermath either.

Yeah I had it drift into me in our old kitchen where two ninja cats were attacking my older cat. Even with a respirator on I choked for 15 minutes. We had come back from Glacier 3 years before so testing was an issue.If nothing else it sure clears out a room.
