I tested the large BorahGear bivy with a downmat and 20 degree enlightened quilt and it is fine.

Thanks Kevin, I hate paying retail if I can help it- it a sickness. I looked at these the other day, they look good but again its the retail thing.

I have a MLD Superlight Bivy. Size Large. Black. Left zip. It has the full net hood option. Not the half moon. See the website for details. It's like new. Used maybe a dozen nights. I paid $185 shipped for it. I'll ship it to you in the CONUS for $145.

Ti Goat on 05/06/2012 09:52:26 MDT Print View

actualy about a week ago I used the Omni Raven as my bag when I decided to stay out on trail
while testing some other gear for an overnight(unplanned)
I was right on the river about 2 feet above water under a MLD spinn solo and a golite SL1 nest.
was wearing RR ecomesh pant and RR LS shirt med wool socks(fox river)
it got down to about 60-65 guess!
bivy worked perfect I only had the knees down inside the bivy(needs be a longer zipper)
sometime near 3-4 am I pulled it up over me but didnt zip it.
as it was a lttle dampness coming off the river.
but it was great, the reason I am selling is I got a 4.1oz bivy made of spinnaker and some breathable top its sweet.(Brent.D) I am going to have John(bear paw designs)add a light zipper on it.
so I am passing this along to someone else moving lighter.
the quality is nice, well made I see new they are $170 I got it off ebay for a little less.
so I think $130 + say 9.00 for priority shipping.
sorry to hyjack the thread. D
in the cloth sack I carry it in(not UL)its a 9.0oz exact

I would be interested in the Ti-goat but it looks like I missed out (out having fun away from the computer)

I'm looking for a UL bivy that will fit a Neo Large or Exped LL.

Justin I think I need a XL in the MLD superlight

The REI is too heavy (and I have two already- good for loaners in winter)

Someone please help- I am trying to not pay retail (its a habit)
