This might not be the best way to introduce myself to the forum but recently my pack has been giving me wedgies when I hike. I am hiking with the REI Venturi 40. (I know its heavy and I am trying to change my ways.) Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I plan on sewing up a G4 when I get some cash but until then I am stuck.
