Features:

*6.2oz total; the liners are 1.4oz/pair
*Outer glove has a nylon shell with microfleece lining and I believe the back panels are eVent.
*Thermolite 100g insulation
*Goatskin leather palms
*"Nose wipe" section on outside of thumbs
*Elastic at wrist, elastic drawstring and toggle at cuff
*Snap buckles to store gloves together
*Clip-in loop on back of middle finger
*Removable breathable/water-resistant eVent liners. They are not seam sealed, so not 100% waterproof.

I've got a similar pair, Dale.
I think you'll find the outer glove has the eVent membrane, is seam taped, and is 100% waterproof.
