I know you want a ready made one, but it is easy to do it yourself. (I make my own)
To do this, you'll need:
1.)"Good Cook Safe Cut Can Opener" - it does a side cut and will take off the lid, just like the commercially available pot. The lid will not have a sharp edge. I see from a quick google search they now range from $12-18 bucks, and are a newer single arm design. I have the older double arm model and it works great.
2.) For the lid handle you can do two approaches:
2.A) Use needle-nose pliers to carefully bend the pull tab up to use as a handle (caution - it gets hot).
2.B) Just cut it off, and use a wooden knob from Mini Bull Designs:
