I have serious doubts about the validity of this story:

1. It's been reported in "Paradise Post" and almost nowhere else.
2. Not an expert, but the arm injury doesn't look like the aftermath of a mountain lion clawing.

I've heard of people taking a knife to a gunfight, but I've never heard of taking a bear to a catfight.

It is on the huffingtonpost with images of the aftermath. It must be true if they are reporting it. :)

Actually it is just ridiculous enough to ring true to me.
