As a runner I feel that my playlist can make a big difference in my run.For the walking/warm-up portion I currently listen to...Fix You by ColdplayNow I run in a series of 10s and 1s for 5K. I guess I'd be showing my age if I said I grew up listening to that... lol. My brother loved Riley and also Mike Oldfield.
It's old school but I like Steppenwolf's "Born to be Wild". Good song to listen to in the car when your leaving on a trip.
I totally forgot about Born to be Wild... off to iTunes (lost the album in the house fire). That would be a great running song!
