"Did they give you a delivery date and did the 20% off apply?"
They gave me an approx delivery estimate of one week following the expected arrival to the warehouse on April 23rd. This is just an estimate, as the arrival to their warehouse might change.
Yes the 20% did apply, bringing the price of the regular to something like $151. My dividend of something like $19 was then deducted from that. Shipping was free, but I had to pay sales tax.
Below is a copy of my online chat conversation which may help answer some people's questions. Towards the end of this chat, Brenda and I spoke over the phone where I placed my order and she verbally communicated an order number and then followed up with the order number in the online chat for my reference. I deleted my phone # and order # for privacy purposes.
