So I decided to order one of each flavor of the Bridgeford shelf stable sandwiches just to check it out.
The savory ones I found to be tolerable, except for the BBQ favors. Bleh.
However the cinnamon and french toast ones are AMAZING! The french toast is my favorite and tastes like a thicker, chewy pop tart filled with thick yummy maple syrup.

They only average 100 calories/ oz, but are quite filling.
