Just one question? I wear 31" or 32" pants, Will it fit? Just wondering what it means when it say "for 35" or above", if my wist less than 35" the padded part of the belt will touch each other and hip belt can even tighten further?

If you are a 31" waist I do not think it will work, I have about 1.5" of webbing on each side of the waist belt buckle. Kind of depends of what if any coat you are wearing and how full the pack is. Think you need a small belt though.

Sorry I forgot to mention it is a 20 degree bag, and that is probably pretty accurate, I haven't pushed it, but it is plenty warm for me.
