Methinks I'll be able to make it a bit lighter if I wanted, and clean up seams by continuing only one around the circumference of the wallet.JC
Check this one out. Portly at 19 grams, but...http://www.backpackinglight.com/cgi-bin/backpackinglight/forums/thread_display.html?forum_thread_id=38440
I better to stick to tyvek if I want to have anything left to fill it with :-P
You can definitely clean up the manufacturing/seams however your non-hiker friends may like them. They make a kind of cool pattern. I like the angled pockets on the right. Doesn't affect functionality but creates a little flair.
Thanks, Dustin. I have been considering selling these to a wholesaler. The challenge is getting people to understand how strong 2.5 oz/yd cuben really is!
I want one!
paypal address?Chase
I initially didn't intend to sell these, but people are pretty excited on and off BPL. The Cuben Wallet is $40 shipped domestically. $45 in AK, HI. I'll figure it out if you are beyond that. Thanks!
So I went ahead and versioned it, cleaning it up properly. It also dropped .1 gram, so you can rest easy knowing you didn't carry THAT weight around. Pshaw!
