So I made my pooch a goretex shell. It is unlined, as he has sports a built in lining. I am going to make magnet-on pouches for small items like snacks while out skiing, or poo bags when in the city.

There is 1.5" velcro on the front that is bound with grosgrain. The bottom is neoprene and ~4" wide.

Super fun patterning it on him!

Cool little project for your dog. I live near the beach we have a lot of dogs that surf now even a contest series. They fit their dogs with body wet suits with flotation device in the back one it serves to keep their core temperature up, also as a life jacket.
