For a cat cut tarp with a seam on down the center, do you cat cut that seam also or just the edges.

It's a personal choice. Some cottage manufactures have a cat cut ridgeline and others do not.

For a silnylon tarp I would cat cut the ridgeline. I would not for cuben personally although it does tighten up the pitch slightly.
