This shelter is new. I set it up once to seam seal it and that's it. The optional porch attachment is still in the original package. I used permatex flowable silicone sealant to seam seal this tent. Total cost for this shelter with porch and sealed seams would cost $285 plus S&H. I'm asking $225 shipped conus.

I tried to talk one of my buddies into it but he doesn't have $200 to drop on a shelter right now. It's a great deal - especially since you've already sealed the seams.

Good luck selling it - I'm sure someone will snatch it up from you.
