Corporations don't pay corporate taxes because of tax shelters towns Like Zug ,Switzerland at first they had mailing address to PO boxes to avoid taxes. Now because of new tax laws trying to tighten the noose on these wayward companies they have small offices with their Ceo's and other key personal living in Zug part time. Check out this 60 minutes piece on it even the head of Cisco has small office their he wants to come back but they need a big tax break from the USA. But Cisco bass ackwards thinking greedy shareholder who only care about lining their pockets.
