The measurements are labeled as girths, but seem not correct (checked on module top bag). A girth measurement is the circumference measurement on the inside. What appears to be stated is width measurements just like Moontrail has it below.

Internal Shoulder Width 27.5" (70 cm)
Internal Hip Width 20.5" (52 cm)
Internal Foot Width 16" (41 cm)

Confirmed with Andy who measured - girth is 62" on the Rab Neutrino 400. Same as a Marmot Helium / Hydrogen.
