I have a Neoair remnant I was given by someone who cut one down.
Sealing it is not an issue, I'm just curious as to how to glue in a new valve.

Thermarest sells a replacement valve kit- they say to just twist/pull out the old valve and glue in the new one. I figure I'll just seal the seam (iron it) down, leave a ~1/2 hole for the valve, and glue one in.

What'ya think?

I thought about this too, but I don't think you get the whole valve set, just the end piece. You might try calling Therm-a-Rest to confirm this, or to see if they'll send you the whole thing.

Look at their site, here and tell me if you think I'm wrong about this. If you get it to work, that would be very good info to have on hand.
