No rain or snow but not bad on 1/1/12. Santa Cruz, Ca.

Man!, try that at our house, and you'd get taken out by a 3-ton ice pan coming in on a breaker! Must be why we visit California (and south) a few times a year.
70 degrees during the day, and down to 25 at night. Nice...
The rivers are low and the deciduous trees are bare. Other then that it looks likes this 80% of the time in this tiny corner of the state.
Jay you were at one of my fave beaches.....Aptos/New Brighton Beach...love that area...I am so lucky to live near such brilliant ocean beauty!
Also spent the day at New Brighton over my daughters Christmas Break. Also love visiting Sunset SB, just a little further to drive.
both of those beaches are fantastic as well as Manresa too
The Flats!
Ocean Beach, San Francisco
Jay,That is really rubbing it in to those in the snow belts :)
Sorry Nick, Not my intention but you do have to appreciate our region. Go Niners!

Beautiful beaches. You sure are lucky to be living here in this area. I have been there last year, and so fell in love with the place. Thanks for sharing and bringing back the memories.
