Winds 2012 Hardcore Fishing on 01/02/2012 10:31:29 MST Print View

Curious if anyone is planning any hardcore fishing expeditions into the Winds this upcoming year. I'm thinking about an extended and challenging foray into some remote corners to try and enjoy good fishing and big solitude.
Let me know if anyone else is wandering down this path...

Hey Steve,

I have been doing some digging into the San Juans for a late summer trip, but a friend also threw the Winds into the hat. When will you be going? What do you have in mind?

We're looking for a 5 day trip, remote fly fishing, off trail hiking, things of that nature....preferably late summer.
