Gear purge continues! Bibler, Exped, Snow Peak - cheaper prices! on 12/25/2011 16:40:42 MST Print View

Hello,

With a much smaller apartment than my previous home, I need to greatly reduce my gear pile to a more manageable level. All of these items are available in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and I'll gladly ship them at actual UPS Store prices (and thought I had a pretty decent discount, but it got cancelled, but will ship at cost). I'd be glad to accept PayPal or cash.

Here's the list:

Bibler iTent (actual Bibler, pre-Black Diamond), 2 door, green, compression sack, stakes, footprint, $250 + actual shipping cost.

(SOLD!) Bibler / Black Diamond Bombshelter tent, 4 person (3 in reality), mountaineering tent. In perfect condition, only set up in indoors, with original stakes, poles, seam sealer. Retails for $800, selling for $300 + actual shipping cost. (SOLD!)

(Pending) Integral Designs Primaliner, regular size, synthetic insulated liner / summer 50 bag, sadly no longer made due to ID selling itself to Rab, never used, comes with its stuff sack, $45 + actual shipping costs. (Pending)

Would be willing to do some package deals, and will consider non-silly offers.

Will you kindly post the weight of the downmat, and the R-value if known?

Down air mattress on 12/26/2011 10:35:19 MST Print View

On Warmlite's website they list the sizes as:
DOWN FILLED AIR MATTERESS
(Size 56”,60”,64” and 70” on DAM Refers to the girth size of sleeping bag it fits into)

I have the 64 and it's written on the mattress. Can you clarify the size? PM me please with answer.

Stephenson's Warmlite DAM Length? on 12/27/2011 06:21:42 MST Print View

Hi Barry,

I'm also interested in the DAM if it is not taken by Michael. Can you give us the length measurement and weight?

Thanks,

Tony

Thanks, Dan. I was hoping that the older version, without the integral pump, was significantly lighter...but I can't seem to find the information on the discontinued model.

Exped DAM on 12/27/2011 07:33:31 MST Print View

I'm honestly not sure how much the Exped DAM weighs - I don't have a scale accurate enough to use for that purpose. I'd guess an ounce or two lighter, but not all that much more.

Bump - and make your crazy offers! on 12/28/2011 18:25:38 MST Print View

Hi -
The purge is almost done. Make your offers for whatever's leftover. My sneaky evil campaign to get rid of stuff not made in the USA has almost reached completion!
Thanks,
Barry

I'd say with everything it's about 6 pounds, but very, very tough. It's the two door version.

I got fairly injured yesterday and I'm stuck at Massachusetts General (conveniently close to my house, but being stuck in bed is not cool). Shipping will be delayed till later next week, really sorry about that.
