It’s an obvious and self-validating truth that most citizens of Australia are inferior to most citizens of the United States of America. The only remaining question is, why is that so? Could it be that most Aussie mothers feed their children Kangaroo milk? And dress the children in Koala skins?

Really hope that your account was hacked or this was an inside joke, as I worked side-by-side with Australians while deployed, they are usually pretty good characters. Likewise, a couple of my current pre-nursing Australian students are top notch. Sure, there's always a few exceptions but the OP is way out of line (even if an attempt at humor).

Judging by the Aussies' responses, they don't seem worked up! They've played along - quite well, I might add!!!

This will be offensive to (I feel) the majority who read this (esp newbies). I love it when we don't take ourselves too seriously though.

If we could get Roger C. to set up a competition between the Blokes and the Yanks in February, say in the Red Center 100 Km west of Alice Springs, we would learn the truth. We would compete in 4 categories:

1) Rugby match
2) Desert survival
3) Polite tenacious fist fighting (re: Galipoli)
4) Power beer drinking

My prediction: Blokes 4-Yanks 0

We Yanks are wimps compared to the Aussies.
