For you Easterners, the moon will be set so you won't see it

OK, so this morning I took a chance on the eclipse here in Boulder, CO. I live on a ridge east of town, and I hoped the moon wouldn't set before full eclipse and the sunrise. I missed it by maybe 10 minutes, as the almost full eclipse dropped behind the mountains a bit before sunrise. Bummer. Did anyone get lucky and see the predicted orange moon-show?

Though from the comfort of my computer. I had woken up early this morning to go out and see the eclipse. After hearing about it just before bed. Only after I woke up and fired on the computer did I read that us East coasters had no chance of seeing the event. So I did the next best thing I could think of and watched it live online. I do not think it was nearly as cool had I seen it in person

Bummer ya missed it by ten min, still an early morning hike is very nice.

I missed it - foggy

Saw it on TV though : )

Watched the eclipse go total, then went inside to warm up. Went out 20 minutes later and the fog had arrived. A couple of neighbors were outside, but most didn't bother to get up.

Missed the ending due to fog, and the beginning due to sleep, but caught a lot of middle:
