You're right, the classic is listed as 2.75oz, but other ones go as high as 5ish?

The mora clippers with the tough rubberized handles are a little bit heavier. Some might have longer tangs. I think the buhscraft force model might have a thicker blade as well.

@David " You still could leave the barn door open on that stove and feed larger sticks in - once the fire is established." Agreed, I am hoping it will work a bit like the Emberlit, but we'll see. You def pay a price with it's smaller size with the lower weight. Oh well.

Smoke water...ah, didn't think of that. The Vargo .9l pot has a nice lid, but would it be lighter with a couple ply alum foil? Muuuhahaha. :p
