I just discovered it and enjoy it very much. It looks like it should be easy to cook in a bag. Does anyone have a good backpacking recipe for it?

The Indian markets near our home have packets of it that are boil-in-bag and fairly small servings. We've combined two with a packet of instamatic rice for a 3-person backpacking feast, using the boiling/packet water for the rice while the packet sits "in cozy", waiting. Check your yellow pages or this weird internet thing and see if you've got such markets!
