Late 2010 model, used 3 nts, very tough to tell it is not new.

Comes with:
1.Factory Seam Sealed
2.Factory Tyvek footprint
3.Tent/Bag
4.Added adjustable reflective guy-line to all points, including nice "Nite ize" guy-line off Front.
No stakes
