Yes, it is too bad. Bob and Marj are fixtures around here. Everybody knows them. I've been to their house, and I even got to shake hands with the dog.

Sounds like an incredibly cool dude. Sorry to see him put out of bidness. The photo of his security system in his application is truly a classic. Hopefully his lawyer can get him back on track.
