For all you Ray-way nuts. I was at Trader Joes the other day and found Corn Pasta, spaghetti to be exact. The only bad part is it lower cal at 190cal per 2oz serving and has a 8minute boil time. I will do some experiments and see if I can get the boil time down with a cozy. I will keep checking hopeful they will come out with and angel hair pasta.

Easy to bump the calories with a little olive oil.

Plane olive oil is a little boring, I am going to try it with the sauces from Mike Cleland’s book. Thanks Mike.

I've also found corn spahgetti at Whole Foods Market.

Hope you like the taste...

As a performance enhancer I think it might be overrated.

The corn spaghetti tasted the same as regular spaghetti to me.

Olive oil + Parmesan cheese + herbs and spices = easy sauce. And hard to mess up ;-)
