If you haven't seen these, they are good.

They are high protein/fiber "cookies" (think round soft energy bars), that are low in sodium.

For the Bavarian Dark Chocolate Toaste Almond Golden Raisin and Coconut:

Nutritional info for one cookie:
18 G fat
158 mg sodium
8 g protein
6 g fiber

They are made in the Northwest, but the company does also sell a dry mix for making your own at home.

Thanks, the beauty of prepackaged items for us is saving time. These look good and relatively healthy, love the fat content for winter hiking and cold.
