There has to be more people in upstate NY than shown. Plus not a single person from MN (where I used to live). Let's have those two states well represented on the map, eh?

When I open with Firefox I see the markers, but when I open with Internet Explorer I don't see them, so it might be a browser issue.

This is a great idea, thanx for starting the member map. I'm another one behind the 'orange curtain' in California, we get the nice weather but have to drive hours to get into the Sierra's.

This is a great idea that could potentially open up many other ideas! Another bump for Orange County!

At least you're not boxed in by the Cheese Curtain. It would take 30+ hours to get to the Sierra's for me!

I am in Ben lomond which is near Santa Cruz.
I am trying to get the time off for the BPL event. I had a blast last year and really want to hang out with y'all again.
Should I be able to get time off work, I have a Dodge Dakota with a camper shell. In other words; I have room for one more and plenty of room to spare for gear.
Sure hope i can attend. Will find out later this week.
Sucks being a wage slave these days (read: should have stayed in school!). Hope we start building homes again (Plumber) in Cali soon so i can have a disposeable income again.

I just added a pin for myself. I'm rather NW of the PNW.

Some of us prefer not to have where we live pinpointed on a map, thanks anyway.

I go to Seattle at least monthly and have found their traffic no worse (and no better!) than Portland's. Rush hour in either city is impossible.

Mary you can put one in the closest city or just the state. But nobody is forcing you to.

Put it in a local park. No exact location required. We already know about your TP preferences. Could be more vague on that.

Tried to add a pin for myself a few times, but can't see myself on the map yet. Maybe just needs time to update? Anyhow, I will keep an eye on it and make sure it worked. I will be the first person living in Scandinavia on the map :)

My little dot in eastern nevada looks pretty lonely between the swarms of cali and colorado, even though my back yard is a national park. I think Great Basin is the least visited national park in the US.....ALL MINE

Makes me feel better knowing that I'm not the only one stuck in boring Ohio.
