What's your read? I take this as:

"Be lightning smart, be prepared for light rain lasting for brief periods (up to a couple hours or so off and on)"

Do you think this an accurate assessment for Friday and Saturday nights?

Be lightning smart - yes.

Light rain lasting for brief periods (up to a couple hours or so off and on) - maybe.

Also maybe strong, gusty winds, and/or heavy, perhaps intermittent rain for up to 2-4 hours, hail or snow. Hard to be sure, but it will be spectacular.
