Ben,What material is being used on the parka?

I can use whatever you want, Heath. The parka for Marc used 20d ripstop.
Great! I have been thinking of getting a jacket or vest but I would like to try a removable hood/balaclava to use with my quilt. Have you ever made anything similar? I already have a montbell down inner jacket but I would like something to augment this (the vest) and I need the hood for colder temps in my quilt.
Heath,I can do a vest on its own as well as a separate balaclava/hood. Do you want it to attach to the vest?If you want to discuss further, send me an email - goosefeet@hotmail.com
That would probably be a good idea for drafts. Any way to also attach it to the down inner jacket? Velcro or snaps would work I guess. I'll email you
