Does anyone have any experience running the BSI revolution 2p with only the shell? I have seen nothing in the reviews about it, but I note it is an option on the company web site with some type of X-line. What is this x-line and can it be fabricated at home? How does the gutted tent hold up in real conditions? I just have been considering the full tent for couples trips and the fly for solo.
