Hey Everyone,

I need your help in exchange for some cord. Now that I am selling my Reflective Glowire the Guywire name has become a bit confusing for me and some of my customers so I want to come up with a less confusing name that really describes the cord. I was originally thinking of using the name Toughline but Tufline is already a name for a braided Dyneema fishing line and don't want to get into any trademark disputes. So I want to come up with a name that really describes the cord like my Glowire does. So here's the deal. If you have a good name submit it here on forum and in a week or so I will decide who the winner is. That person will receive a free 50' hank of the cord.

So you could have GLOwire and SLOwire as your product names. ;-)

Call it Dyneema Haulwire.

Then you have Dyneema Glowire and Dyneema Haulwire listed on your website. Makes it easy to differentiate product by function. The naming schema becomes easy to understand for customers and for shipping when picking orders. You can also add to it by application later (e.g. Dyneema Clotheswire).

I have read lots of advert in magazines my life and the skateboard,surfing world like to have fun with naming their new product that are the same as everybody else's. The companies usually make the product tuff sounding with some humor thrown in to mix of name of new product to attract customers.
So here is my new product name and fun description to make you laugh and remember the name of the product at the same time and they know they can only purchase it at one retailer.

How about IronWire? Iron is reddish orange, and strong, Wire suggests that it is thin and light.
