I have over 10k valves & the proper equipment to weld them to TPU. If you guys need a valve added just let me know! I have been able to chop airmats in half, added a new valve, and have 2 complete airmats.

@bender: do you sell them, and are they the "naked" valves or do they include the plastic wedge (which would seem to make getting a leakproof bond to fabric a little easier)?

Andrew my valves are a different style. I had to have a mold made in order to get exactly what I wanted. They would be extremely difficult to install with something like a household iron. I have a 1 ton press with temperature controlled heating elements and it does a very nice job.
