Considering a trip somewhere in Florida between Dec. 21 and Jan. 2. I'll be coming from TX and I'd like to minimize my driving time by concentrating on the panhandle/central Fl. area; no farther south than the Ocala area. Are there any folks here that have first hand knowledge of overnight trips in these areas? I would not be opposed to one or two folks joining me for any part of the trip.
