I thought I'd share the idea I had to improvise a cheap and light gravity filter from a Pristine Pioneer emergency filter. (Might also work with Aquamira Frontier)

Keep in mind that it's improvised; my goal was not to build something sophisticated. It's meant to be use in conjunction with chemicals or UV.
