I bought this tent with a small rip in one side, and a tiny tear in the fly by the zipper. I patched and sewed both tears and the tent now performs beautifully. The zipper comes down slightly farther on one side than the other, but it doesn't affect performance.

Also included is a cut Tyvek groundcloth.

At less than 3 lbs, I believe this is the lightest double-walled 2 person shelter out there. It retails for $350 new. I bought it for an international bike trip. It would be the perfect size for one person with room for gear, or two people in a pinch, but I have a friend joining me for more of my upcoming trip, so I need a bigger tent.

Tent includes 11 stakes and stuff sacks.

I have the heavier brother to this tent, the Copper Spur UL 2. Great tent. I highly recommend it and the Fly Creek is even lighter.
