All is well. our HeadNets are coming along swimmingly. like any other cottage industry fellow, peter has been grinding away on his signature product for ridiculous hours a day. we have learned that it is one thing to bang out a few for friends and family, and entirely another task ramping up to make several thousands. this several thousand can't be just ok, they must be quite nice in all respects. they must be ... they must be lovely. (we're talk'n headnets here. peter may have fallen off the deep end ..).

there's been minor tweeks to the pattern to improve fit. there has been a number of directions taken to insure robust seam integrity. and some few units sacrificed themselves on the altar of melted nylon in the name discovering the narrow band of overlap between where the logo will adhere and where the netting will melt (is always messy).

then for the BPL crowd we needed lighter elastic (of course) and somewhat less planet destroying packaging. this will eventually lead to packaging in an ever-so-useful stuff sack, and that, will reduce our plastic footprint to about zilch.

PeterHeadNets are looking, to my eye, pretty nice these days.
they're late for the bugs this season, we know that. thank you for your patience.

that said, we look forward to beginning limited shipments end of next week.

I will definitely take 2, and am hoping to grab some before September for my JMT.

I also just realized that Peter V is the original designer of the simblissity/BPL headnet. So these looks to be a great replacement
