saw someone use one of these from candy...this is available from lowes...pencil case from lowes...$4

works great if you are worried about damaging your pack..or a dry bag when canyoneering.

It held 4 stakes a toothbrush, plastic spoon, and a handle for my fry pan no prob...weighs little less than an ounce
