In the market for a new pad.

Don't want a large R value (this one will be mostly summer use).
Need a length of 72" min.
Would prefer a width of 24"+
Would prefer one I don't slide off of during the night
Oh and no POE after reading that horrid thread about their "lifetime warranties"

After those above, it comes down to weight and packability.
Anything come to mind?

Well, since it's for summer use, a big agnes clearview is very affordable, has a respectable weight, and is readily available. At the same time, for the same 14oz you could get a neoair and use it for 2 1/2- 3 seasons. Cost is a lot more than the clearview.

Otherwise, like Mary mentioned, Bender's pads are very light, but there's a wait time and cost associated with it.

It's a shame that POE has such crappy customer service. Their Peak AC really fits the bill (mine weighs 10.8 oz)

If price isn't an issue, and you really just want something super light with no insulation, than Bender at kookabay is really the way to go

I would take a look at what Klymit has to offer. They have a very innovative full length inflatable pad that only weighs 9 oz. They have some other options as well.

I have an insulated (R 5) kookabay pad 72 x 24 in mummy cut that is 19 oz. I love it and think the workmanship is outstanding. I suspect a similar pad w/o the insulation would perfectly fit your needs.
