Well, since it's for summer use, a big agnes clearview is very affordable, has a respectable weight, and is readily available. At the same time, for the same 14oz you could get a neoair and use it for 2 1/2- 3 seasons. Cost is a lot more than the clearview.
Otherwise, like Mary mentioned, Bender's pads are very light, but there's a wait time and cost associated with it.
It's a shame that POE has such crappy customer service. Their Peak AC really fits the bill (mine weighs 10.8 oz)
If price isn't an issue, and you really just want something super light with no insulation, than Bender at kookabay is really the way to go
