"He has lots of guns, and he likes carrying them around in the backcountry."

Whew, that makes me feel so much better. [Twilight Zone theme song mash-up with the Deliverance soundtrack in background]

Drug induced psychosis on 07/03/2011 12:13:07 MDT Print View

That gentlemen, is a fine example of drug induced psychosis. Just one of the reason I always take my dogs and pack my own firearm these days. However,I carry mine in a shoulder holster for easy access. Have you ever seen the movie "Winter's Bone"? We have a lot of "meth heads" that like to cook in the woods of the Ozarks. I'm not making a diagnosis, just speculating. By the way, I worked for years as an ER nurse. I'm now a psych nurse.

I worked as a crisis intervention volunteer in the 1970's. I call it Fried Flower Child Syndrome.

It looks like the ranger has asked him to present his permit and bear canister, and he's trying to distract the ranger with all his gear dump and commentary. "You know what? I'm not gonna kiss your a$$!"

The marketing folks at Cascade Designs and Osprey are cringing right now.

Gee, I wonder what his bear gun looks like.

"Bandana is priority 1!"

"There's a town every 20 miles, you don't have to carry no food." [Flashes his Subway footlong hero, comes with its own bear bag.]

An AK-74, among other things.

AK74 - I'm thinking that 5.45x39 would not be my first choice for bear. Ammo's cheap though. Gun's awful heavy on the other hand.

this guy is tumeke.

i like the way he rolls, & especially like the anti ipod.

i think the dreads are for when he goes HSXUL, he can just take em off and leave em at the place he calls home, probably save about a pound. i think he only does this when he stops taking his meds

p.s a bandana IS priority one people.

He doesn't like Tarptents . He does a p*ss poor job of pitching the tent in a grassy backyard, but it's a funny video.

Though in this recent video, he seems in a better mood than the first tarptent one. He would be a fun guy to have around the camp fire.
