I have a trip planned in Yostemite for 4th of July Weekend. Unfortunately it looks like there is going to be a lot of snow.

I am looking for a 45-55 miles trip located within 5 hours of the Bay Area. We would like to go into the Sierra Nevadas. I'd love to hear any and all ideas!
