Camp site stuff. Thanks Rick! Sorry not really a trip report-You know how I roll- just photos. I slept in a MLD Serenity Bug shelter--it was really mild and very comfortable plus no mosquitoes!!!


California in early June?

Thanks for taking and posting some pictures Jay. It was a fantastic trip with great friends for company. I am already looking forward to next time.

For anyone seeing this report who plans to visit Morris Meadow: beware of the deer, they are ravenous. I need a new hiking shirt and hat.

There was quite a bit of snow at all of the passes. Especially up by Sapphire and Mirror Lake. I am sure the X-country pass over to "L" lake is very difficult and will be until we have a few heat waves. We are so lucky to live in this State with all of its variety of unique mountain ranges.
