Yes it is.

You need to sign up for an account though. The deal is found in the "monthly member only specials" section that is only visible if you have an account (the link is found on your account page). The cool thing is that if you open an account you get a 12% off coupon to apply to your first purchase which would bring that jacket down to $88 ish ...
