This year has been, at least to me, a very bad year for the wind. Here's our current wind advisory (taken from wunderground.com):

It sucks. Plain and simple. We've had a few weeks here and there of nice calm winds, and blue skies, but it seems that this year, more often than not, the winds have been severe. One recent windstorm blew down street lights, signs, powerlines, roofs off houses, etc... Crazy shiznit. It's the only one downside I have for living in the desert. It sounds like Armageddon outside right now- the way the building is creaking and the doors are rattling in the industrial park where I work.
Any of you suffering outdoor fun killing weather?
