Yeah, I should probably size up as I don't think either of us want a tight fit. Is the bigger size snug enough to not come off in a stream crossing? As long as it works for that, I'd prefer the looser fit in camp (and maybe being able to wear socks underneath.

Michael,
I received my 2 pair today and they fit great.
Large for my wife who wears a woman's size 5 and mine XXXL and I wear a size 9.5 - 10.
Thanks for all the trouble you went through to save us all a few bucks.

Got mine... on 06/12/2011 14:47:43 MDT Print View

I got mine yesterday. Thanks Mike for making this happen. I also appreciate the suggest to up-size. My original choice would have definitely been too small.

Do these have any sort of a sole?

Or is the bottom the same thickness of neoprene?

Thanks.

David and J.,
Did you go up a size, or order your shoe size?

I ordered based on my usual shoe size.

I am a size 10 shoe and got a 2XL... i possibly should have ordered a 3XL but I was originally worried about the shoe being loose and not serving the purpose I wanted it for (stream crossing, swimming, camp shoe keeping out debris).

They stretch a lot and I found them tight when I first put them on but a little more relaxed after walking around in them for like an hour.

edit: I took the shoes last night and stretched them over a pair of size 10 sperry topsiders and let them overnight. Definitely stretched them out to the point that they are now comfortable.

Size changed to reflect your concerns on 06/13/2011 20:13:22 MDT Print View

Hello, I explained previously that I am the owner of the company: Warmstuff Distributing at www.longunderwearsales.com where you are buying these.
We have listened to this thread and have since changed our size chart slightly to reflect what you have all been discussing here.
So, now, hopefully, the sizes are correct.
I wear them myself and have tried them on different friends who helped us generate the older size chart.
Maybe I like them snug. I wouldn't want them to fall off in a stream crossing for sure.

So, the NEW size chart is as follows:
Small = Child's 6-7
Medium = Child's 8-9
Large fits womens 5-7 or
XLarge fits womens 7-8 or men's 6-8
2XL fits womens 9-11 or mens 8-10
3XL fits mens 10-11
4XL fits mens size 12-13
5XL fits mens 14+

Thanks everyone for all the recent orders. We have a new shipment arriving soon so, should have all sizes in stock once again in about 2 weeks. (we are presently out of the 5XL and getting low on the 2XL)
Hope you all got a color you can live with. If not, they are reversible and exchangable.
