Power supply failure on the entire rack of servers that BPL is hosted in caused drive failure. The power supplies were not hot-swappable and a backup needed to be pulled from a redundant system located thousands of miles away. That paired with the event occurring over a weekend provided for the major delays. Our aplogies for these delays.
