Do you know if the toe box runs narrow or wide??

I have a somewhat narrow foot (5'7", 145lbs) and a 10.0 in this model fits me perfect. My toes inside a sock measures approximately a width of 4" at the top of my pinky toe across to the other side of my foot.

Don't know if this helps...I'm not sophisticated enough to use width sizes :P

Frank, I usually wear a size 9. Going up a half size was a good fit for my left foot which is about a D width. My right foot is an E width and so that fit was too snug across the toe box for me.

Yeah both of my feet are E width, so these probably won't do. Hopefully i can find something suitable. Thanks anyways :)
