No offence meant. Its just a really good deal. But since we are pushing the envelope the seller wasn't asking for an auction. I merely offered more than asking. Is this cutting in line, so to speak, or free market? If I were selling something I would want the higher offer. Whatever, I don't really care. Peace.

While it certainly is pretty cheesy on Josh's part (not the offer so much as the paypal part) I think I'd be more upset with the seller if he didn't offer you right of first refusal at the higher price.
