Anyone know where I can get an on/off valve that will work in a hydration pack line (hose)?

US plastics is probably your best bet. They have great customer service if you have any questions. Maybe the locking mechanism from a camelbak would work? They sell replacement parts all over the internet.

Try Arrowhead Equipment.

$1.50 each.

This adapter provides an on/off valve. Using a pump filter you can pump filtered water into your hydration bag without taking your pack off.
